Principal
Lisa serves as a Principal and Curcio Webb’s Health & Welfare Administration Practice Leader. Lisa supports clients in all phases of HR/benefit administration delivery strategy including provider selection and the implementation of internal and outsourced solutions.
Lisa’s work in the HR/employee benefits field spans over 20 years and includes supporting over 50 clients with HR/benefit delivery strategies since the inception of Curcio Webb. Her experience crosses industry lines and includes strategic support for H&W plan, retirement plan, HR, and absence management administration. Prior to joining Curcio Webb, Lisa spent 6 years at a national consulting firm in H&W strategy and design and administration consulting, 3 years in corporate benefits and systems, and 2 years at a major insurance carrier.
She majored in Management and Human Resources at Kennesaw State University. Lisa has her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.
