Terry D. Cooper
Principal
Terry is an actuary and Principal in Curcio Webb’s Retirement Plans Consulting Practice. He consults on all aspects of defined benefit and defined contribution plan funding, design, and administration. He works with both large and small employers in a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Curcio Webb in 2002, Terry had worked 24 years for several national employee benefits consulting firms. His experience includes defined benefit plan valuations and cost studies for both traditional and hybrid plans, defined contribution plan allocations, plan design, nonqualified plan consulting, participant communications, and defined benefit plan terminations.
Terry is a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries. He is also a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, the Western Pension and Benefits Conference, and is an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA. He received a BS in mathematics from Duke University.
