Principal
Phil serves as a Principal in Curcio Webb’s Investment Services practice. In addition to consulting on a wide range of investment, governance, benchmarking and communication topics, he works to develop innovative solutions to traditionally more difficult problems in areas such as plan design, asset allocation, contract renegotiation and participant education.
Phil brings 30 years of investment, strategic planning and managerial knowledge to clients. Having served on both corporate and foundation investment boards, he understands a committee member’s perspective. In addition to the North America, he has experience in European, Asian and Latin American markets. Prior to joining Curcio Webb, Phil led a $22 billion global investment advisory practice, built and ran a global manager research team, contributed to a corporate strategic department and undertook credit research.
Phil is a graduate of the University of Florida, receiving both undergraduate (BSBA) and graduate (MBA) degrees in finance. He currently serves on New York Community Trust’s Investment Committee and is a member of Threshold, Center for Autism’s Board of Trustees.
