Debbie has been a consultant in Curcio Webb’s HR and Benefits Administration Consulting Practice for over 9 years. Particularly known for her ability to assess solution capabilities versus administrative requirements and data quality impact on services, Debbie works with clients to resolve benefit administration challenges and implement solutions.
Debbie has worked in the HR/Benefits field for over 30 years. Debbie’s extensive experience in evaluating and implementing administrative solutions has resulted in her being the overall strategy or implementation project manager for some of our largest retirement and H&W clients. Prior to joining Curcio Webb, Debbie worked for 21 years for a Fortune 100 company with responsibility for the overall strategy and project management of outsourcing benefits administration. She has been involved in cross-functional teams including HR/Payroll teams implementing PeopleSoft or SAP and HR system reviews.
Debbie is a member of International Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM). She has also received the designation of Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resources Management.
