Janet M. Hilderbrand

Janet serves as a consultant for Curcio Webb’s HR and Benefits Administration Consulting Practice. She is experienced in US and international benefit plan design and administration, along with human resource system development and implementation. She has worked in the HR/employee benefits field for over 25 years.
Since joining Curcio Webb, Janet has supported and managed projects serving over 45 clients. She has focused on benefits administration provider selection projects, benchmarking administration costs, provider contract renegotiations, and supporting clients in the transition, implementation, and testing of benefit administration services. Prior to joining Curcio Webb, Janet worked in the corporate human resources and employee benefits functions at two Fortune 100 companies.
Janet earned her master’s degree in human resources from Carnegie Mellon University and an undergraduate degree in psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She has her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
