Jack Lederer
Principal
Jack is a Principal at Curcio Webb responsible for the Executive Compensation Advisory Services Practice. He consults with Boards of Directors, and senior management as appropriate on Executive compensation practices, specific company needs, and consultant capabilities and performance. In addition Jack provides recommendations to ensure independent and conflict free sourcing and selection of compensation consulting resources.
Previously, Jack was with one of the Big Four accounting firms, where he served as Partner and National Practice Leader of their Compensation Practice. Prior to this position, Jack founded two consulting firms specializing in executive compensation and Human Resources issues. The last of these firms was acquired by a Big Four accounting firm.
Jack has spoken and published extensively on organization change, executive compensation, and equity reward strategies. He has served on the Board of Trustees of the National Urban League, as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Bowling Industry, and on two public company Boards. Jack received a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MBA from George Washington University.
