Adrienne joined Curcio Webb as a Consultant within the HR and Benefits Administration Consulting Practice in 2007 and has focused on benefits administration provider selection, benchmarking projects, and implementation testing. Adrienne’s expertise is benefit design, administration, and implementation, with emphasis on health and welfare (H&W) plans.
Adrienne has worked in the HR/employee benefits field for 20 years, in both consulting and corporate benefits environments. Adrienne has been involved in implementations and managing administration since the inception of the benefits administration outsourcing industry, as both consultant and within corporate HR. She has also spent considerable time in corporate HR – establishing benefits functions, managing administration and compliance, and developing policies, processes, and employee communications.
Adrienne has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University. She earned the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation in 2000 and is a member of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists.
