Brian Schmeiser

Brian is a consultant in the HR and Benefits Administration Consulting Practice. He joined Curcio Webb in 2008 and has worked in the HR/employee benefits field for over 13 years. Brian has supported over 7 clients in the time he has been with Curcio Webb providing project management for multiple provider benefits implementations, assisting with an HR organization redesign, defining the processes for an internal HR service center, and facilitating benefits provider searches.
Prior to joining Curcio Webb, Brian worked five years in corporate Human Resources at a fortune 500 company leading HR strategy development and HR transformation across all HR concentrations. Preceding his corporate HR experience, he worked six years with a leading benefits outsourcing firm providing both implementation and ongoing project management.
He earned two undergraduate BS degrees in Economics and Communication Arts from University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has continued his education via focused certification programs including: Senior Professional Human Recourses (SPHR), Lean Six Sigma green belt, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
