JOHN C. SIAS
Principal
John serves as a Principal and Curcio Webb’s HR and Payroll Administration Practice Leader. Experienced in HR and Benefits administration, systems design and integration, outsourcing management, and implementation methodologies, John helps clients with all aspects of human resource and employee benefit administration.
John has worked in the HR and Benefits field for over 22 years providing leadership to many complex projects including: outsourcing of administration, implementing best practice processes, benchmarking fees, designing organizational structures, establishing governance structures, managing implementation projects, and developing business cases. Prior to joining Curcio Webb in 1998, John spent 18 years at a Fortune 50 Telecommunications company developing and managing HR and benefits operations and systems, managing outsourcing relationships, and developing finance systems.
John has earned a MS in Telecommunications and Computer Management from Polytechnic Institute of New York University (NYU-POLY), and a BA from Manhattanville College.
