Greg Spencer

Consultant

Greg is as a consultant in Curcio Webb’s HR and Benefits Administration Consulting Practice. He has worked in the HR and benefits administration marketplace for over 18 years.  During this time he has worked with clients in the design, implementation, and delivery of benefits administration solutions across both single service and multi-service benefits delivery environments.  He offers clients a deep understanding of administration practices and solutions along with a unique benefits administration provider perspective which translates into successful outcomes for our clients.

Prior to joining Curcio Webb, Greg was a business leader at a large multi-national HR and benefits consulting firm.  Greg developed a multifaceted understanding of benefits administration through a wide range of administration and business leadership positions including implementation and delivery group management, contract development, customer service group management, and as a call center associate. In addition, he developed broad outsourcing market knowledge through leadership positions in the firm’s Sales and Account management practice and as a member of the firm’s Leadership Group (top 2% of associates at the firm).

Greg earned an undergraduate (BBA) degree in Marketing and Economics from Western Michigan University, and has continued his education through coursework in the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) program.
