It’s important to note that Curcio Webb actuary selection/benchmarking consultants actively perform actuarial work (domestic and international) for middle market clients (less than 5,000 active lives) everyday. These clients require the same actuarial services as do the Fortune 500. Continuing to perform these consulting functions keeps our team from having to call themselves “former” actuaries. Thus, we are always aware of current practice and legal requirements.
Finally, as with all services performed by Curcio Webb, our advice is completely objective and independent - 100% of our revenue comes from our client assignments. We are not at all conflicted - our selection/benchmarking clients are limited to large organizations, typically with worldwide active employee populations of between 8,000 and 250,000.
