Find a consultant
We facilitate an effective selection process by:
- Interviewing and gathering information from the Compensation Committee and other functions as directed (HR, Finance) to better inform the Request for Proposal (“RFP”)
- Developing a comprehensive RFP and identifying a target group of firms to consider (including specific, individual consultants within these firms)
- Compiling and summarizing information for each consultant - from both our proprietary database and each consultant’s RFP response
- Assisting the client’s selection of finalists based on our report, which uses decision-efficient scorecard tools
- Establishing finalist interview agendas and presentations, and asking the tough questions
- Supporting the Committee in their final selection process.
After the selection is made we further assist by:
- Supporting the transition to the new Consultant
- Recommending performance scorecards for use by the Committee with the new consulting firm.
