Curcio Webb leads the implementation management of HR and Benefits Administration projects that range from individual employee benefit areas to total HR. Our entire team has implementation management experience. Because we know our clients and the industry so well, we are just as adept at managing the tactical implementation of an outsourcing, co-sourcing or in-sourcing project as we are developing the recommendation that led to the initial engagement.
Many of our implementation management projects began with developing a business case and conducting a provider search, but we can also quickly immerse ourselves in a project and provide management support during an ongoing implementation. Clients call on us when their internal staff lacks the resources or the expertise for the specific engagement. We are flexible enough to manage discrete implementation tasks, such as system testing, or entire implementations.
Our team can help clients make internal improvements, including project plan development and systems and process quality assurance, to promote a successful relationship. We seek to ensure that the governance structure is well-considered and appropriate for the client’s organizational culture. The firm is available for implementation management and post-implementation review to ensure that our clients receive the results that they expect from their new engagement.
